AIRBUS GETS ORDER FOR 15 MORE A330S FROM TURKISH AIRLINES

Paris,France : Airbus said Tuesday it has received an order for 15 Airbus A330-300 aircraft from Turkish Airlines, the company's seventh order for the A330 family of aircraft and its 20th Airbus order overall.
In a statement, Airbus, a unit of European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co NV (EAD.FR, EADSY), said the aircraft will be operated on medium- and long-haul routes from the Turkish Airlines hub in Istanbul.
The deal was valued at $3.47 billion on the basis of list prices.
